From Aberdeen take the A944 and proceed into Westhill from Kingswells and at the roundabout, take the third exit onto Westhill Drive. Continue up the hill a short distance, until you reach another roundabout. Take the first exit onto Old Skene Road and continue along this road for approximately a mile until you reach the development on the right hand-side.

Directions from Inverness/Inverurie:
From Inverness/Inverurie direction, follow the A96 until you are past Bucksburn. Take the Tyrebagger turning on the right on the B979 towards Westhill. At Kirkton of Skene turn left onto Old Skene Road. Broadshade is just a short distance on the left.
