4 bedroom bungalow for sale

Property Details

Insh is a quiet highland village set within the spectacular scenery of the Cairngorms National Park in the heart of the Highlands. Located on the B970 between Kingussie and Kincraig, Insh Village is close to both the Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve - one of the most important wetlands in Europe - and the Loch Insh Watersports centre, a popular holiday and sporting destination.

'Selva' is a substantial detached bungalow, tucked away in a small cul-de-sac at the North end of Insh. Set within approximately 0.3 acre landscaped garden grounds, the property enjoys fantastic views over the surrounding countryside to the hills beyond.

The bungalow was extensively renovated and remodeled in 2015 to create a magnificent open plan living area with large windows to the front, framing the panoramic views. High quality fixtures and fittings were used, including oak internal doors, bespoke oak kitchen with granite worktops, 'Karndean' vinyl flooring, double fronted wood burning stove in the lounge and 'Roca' sanitary wear. Recessed spotlighting was added throughout and a rear porch and double garage were also added, as well as the energy efficient bio-mass central heating system.

Early viewing of this beautiful home with the 'Wow' factor is highly recommended.
