The s1rental app has undergone some home improvements and we’re delighted to bring to you the new and improved mobile app now called s1homes, where you can view properties to buy as well as to rent.
Building upon the success of s1rental, which has been downloaded over 10,000 times in six months, we have now upgraded our mobile app, to allow you to search over 30,000 properties to buy or rent across Scotland all in the same place.
So, what’s new?
- Search properties for sale and to rent in just one app
- New layout allows you to view properties matching your criteria
- Full screen images with zoom functionality
- Street View option included on every property
Don’t worry, we’ve listened to your feedback and kept the best bits of s1rental, including:
- Customising your search by price, location or property type to find your ideal home
- Save your criteria and set up property alerts to be sent straight to your device or by email, so you never miss out on your perfect home
- Contact local estate agents by phone or by email without leaving the app
The new s1homes app is available on Android and iOS.
Important information:
Users who have already downloaded the s1rental app this will still work (only for rental properties as before) but you should update the app to take advantage of all the new features of s1homes.
