Prior to selling your home our dedicated sales team will visit your home to familiarise themselves with its layout and main selling points. This allows our staff to be able to describe in detail the key elements and features of your house having experienced them for ourselves.

Also, as well as arranging the viewings, we offer to do them on your behalf if you either don’t live there, have a busy schedule or just for those people who would rather not get involved in the viewing process.

Feedback is paramount to any positive outcome and our staff will follow up the morning after every viewing to attain this which they will then pass to you so that you are continually kept informed of the progress of your sale.
