Heavenly pursuit on Bute

PORT Bannatyne on the Isle of Bute was in the news last week as being the least expensive seaside town in Scotland.

Now I see the former St Ninian’s Church right on the shore-front in Port Bannatyne is for sale at offers over £199,995, complete with full planning permission, listed building consent and intact church fittings, including stained glass windows, pews – even the bell in the bell tower.

This has to be a heavenly opportunity for a self-build on a grand scale. Contact the Scottish Property Centre in Dunoon for details.
