CloseAbout SMS text alerts

Our SMS service means you can receive details of the latest properties the minute they're placed on s1homes wherever you are.

You're in control. You decide exactly what type of properties you want to be alerted about and set limits on how many alerts you get each week. You can change your settings at any time.

Our SMS alerts cost 10p-12p each. This is the lowest available rate in the UK and only covers the cost of sending each message - we do not intend to make a profit from this service.

Each alert includes brief property details plus a link to our mobile site. Follow the link for a complete listing including contact details and photographs where appropriate.

We take your security seriously. Before sending you any billed messages we send you a free 'confirmation code'. This code must be entered on the site to prove you have access to the phone. That way nobody else will be able to sign you up for SMS alerts you didn't ask for.

If you have any questions about our service please contact servicedesk@s1homes.com

CloseAbout RSS feeds

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It's a really easy way to get instant alerts straight to your desktop, and doesn't require access to your email account.

Why is it a good idea for me?
We now provide access to your stored searches via RSS as well as the traditional email format. Whereas email alerts are sent at most once per day, RSS feeds are constantly updated throughout the day - you'll find out about new properties within minutes of them being advertised.

Fantastic! How do I get it?
If you're able to install software yourself and there's not an IT department stopping you, then it's really simple! Select a 'news reader' from our recommended software list and install one of them following their instructions. If you're using the Firefox browser, you've already got an RSS reader built in!

CloseAbout iGoogle

Get the latest results for your s1homes searches on your iGoogle page with the s1homes iGoogle widget.

How does it work?
The widget remembers your saved searches on s1homes and displays the most recent properties as soon as you've opened up your iGoogle page.

How do I add my widget?
Make sure you are signed in to your Google account, run a search, and then select to receive the alerts "on iGoogle - instantly". If you've never used the widget before you will be prompted to add it to iGoogle. After that all your alerts will appear in the widget on your iGoogle page.

If you have already added the s1homes widget to your iGoogle page, then just click the "on iGoogle - instantly" alert after running a search. Any new alerts you create will be added automatically.

If you already have alerts set up and want to add the widget, or you have accidently removed it, then you can install the widget by pressing the Google button abovein the alerts section of your account.

A superb conversion forming the western portion of The Fort, a prominent and impressive Victorian Villa, with fine views over the Firth of Clyde and Arran, in the sought after village of Seamill, less than a mile from the town of West Kilbride which offers a full range of amenities including schooling for all ages, shops and a variety of sporting facilities.

The accommodation comprises a drawing room, dining room/kitchen with French doors to patio area, study/bedroom 4, w.c., hall and porch on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms (1 en suite) and family bathroom on the first floor.

The Fort was originally constructed in around 1885 for a prominent local merchant and was subsequently sub-divided into two houses around 1950. Constructed of stone under a slate roof, the house still enjoys a host of most attractive period features such as extensive cornicing and several original sash and case windows
