Composite doors are made up from a variety of materials, including PVC, wood, insulating foam and GRP (glass reinforced plastic). The combination of materials result in a door that is very strong and secure. The doors have a multi-point c/w double cylinder.
High performance UPVC double glazed top hung windows with satin chrome locking handles. These windows comply with the U value calculations required by Building Control.
All walls and ceiling will be finished in emulsion paint, the walls will be white the ceilings white. All internal woodwork will be primed, undercoated and finished in white gloss or white satin.
