Dundee and Perth are around a 30 minute drive from the park and can also be reached by bus.

Edinburgh International Airport is just over an hour away by car and there is also a regular bus and train service.

Living on Marlee Loch Park allows fishing rights to the loch. Kayaking and row boats may also be used on the lock and swimming is also permitted.  There are 12 golf courses within 20 miles of Marlee Loch
