The lack of properties continues to stymie the housing market in Scotland, says the latest RICS UK Residential Market Survey. Mirroring the trend seen across the UK, April saw a drop in new constructions, for which anecdotal evidence cites a lack of choice, uncertainty due to the forthcoming general election, and the continued lack of clarity over the terms of Brexit. Despite this, the 12-month expectations predict all parts of the UK will see growth in house prices.
