ALLANWATER Homes has just opened its sales office at its new The Views development located in the Fife village of Saline.

A NEW site in Johnstone has proved to be a huge hit for Persimmon Homes after almost a quarter of the properties were snapped up at a pre-launch event.
The £13 million Scholars Green development is the latest collection of 126 new homes from the company.
Interest in the site at the former St Cuthberts High School site off Hallhill Road has already exceeded expectation following the pre-launch event held at Johnstone Town Hall.
Sales staff were inundated with enquiries from buyers that were keen to buy off plan at the event. In total 29 properties were sold or ear-marked by eager buyers and interest has continued to peak.
The site offers a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes with the addition of two bedroom apartments.
