About Oak Tree Housing Association

Oak Tree Housing Association (OTHA) was formed in 2001, when three housing associations (James Watt, Bow Farm and Victoria Housing Associations) decided to merge. We are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) with the Scottish Housing Regulator, (who oversees the activities of RSL’s in Scotland) as well as with the Financial Services Authority.

Our main role is to act as a landlord to provide good quality affordable rented housing to people in housing need in Inverclyde. We receive money from the Scottish Government to develop new properties. We are also involved in Wider Role projects to support local communities and initiatives.

Oak Tree Housing Association currently has no properties for sale, however they do have 7 properties for rent.
