Estate Agency
Buying a property is one of the most significant financial decisions you will make. Our dedicated Property staff and their experience in the local property market will help ensure that the entire process is as smooth as possible for you. From ‘noting interest’, to arranging a survey, to offering the right price, through to negotiating and concluding the terms of the purchase. We offer sound, safe advice on property values and marketing issues and generally guide you through the process of selling your home or another property.

We ask no fee for the initial consultation which may include a visit to your property to assess it for marketing purposes. Our estate agency staff keep a close eye on what is happening in the property market, especially price trends and will discuss with you the best way to market your property. This may include insertion in this Website ‘Properties section’ and our extensive mailing list and an insertion in the appropriate Solicitors Property Centre and relative Website, as well as press advertising.

A Set of Sales Particulars will be provided and you will have access to our extensive mailing list.

Conveyancing
On receipt of a successful offer, the contract for the sale will be concluded as quickly as possible. One of our solicitors will complete all the conveyancing to final completion.

The conveyancing and property department in Linlithgow is headed by David Vause and Stewart Robertson.  They are assisted by our assistant John Donnelly, a qualified solicitor.
