The payment is in respect of an education contribution required by Perth &Kinross Council.
There is an excellent access road leading to the plots from the B996 road. It is surfaced partly with concrete and partly with tarmac. The use of the road is shared with the owner of the farm land on either side of the access road as well as the proprietor of Springwood Cottage. Maintenance is shared equally with the owner of the farm land and the road is to be maintained to a standard which is suitable for agriculture use.
