Here is what the owner of the property had to say::-
Living the dream -
In 2011 we were looking for a 4 bedroomed property with a large garage and driveway in a quiet location within the village with coastal views. Ideally with scope to do B&B in a couple of rooms.
We chose this new build property which offered flexible accommodation and all the benefits that a new build provides eg heat efficiency, warmth and low running costs.
When entering the house for the first time the great views of the Urr Estuary, yachts and surrounding rolling countryside just blew us away particularly from the master bedroom.
We enjoy our private rear garden with deck during the warmer months sitting with a large glass or two of wine in the sunshine and sharing our home with friends and family.
The coastal and forest paths on our doorstep have provided us with regular accessible outdoor leisure opportunities.
We love living here and plan to remain in the village. The dream continues .....
The welcoming entrance porch with dual aspect windows has a two seat sofa and that sets the tone of how much space there is internally. This leads through an oak with glass door to the hallway.
The hallway has an oak staircase and a large storage cupboard upstairs complete with hanging rails.

Entered via a glazed oak door this spacious lounge faces the front of the property and looks onto the garden. There is a feature log burner in the corner.
