    Houses for sale in Dundee

    Dundee is the fourth-largest city in Scotland and lies on the north bank of the Firth of Tay. The most sought after residential areas, where you will find many different styles of houses, lie in the west end of Dundee including Broughty Ferry, known as the "Jewel in Dundee's Crown".

    Many workers commute to Dundee from surrounding areas and Dundee has become a hub for Biomedical and Technology industries and now accounts for 10% of the UK's digital entertainment industry.

    The City Centre offers a wide variety of high street retailers and is a key retail destination for the North East of Scotland.

    Within the city there is an extensive public bus system and two train stations Dundee (Tay Bridge) Station and the smaller Broughty Ferry Station. The city is served by the A90 road which connects to the M90 and Perth in the West. There is also a small airport which offers flights to London City, Birmingham and Belfast.

    Dundee has to two universities. The University of Dundee which is home to one of the top medical schools in the UK, based at Ninewells Hospital, and the University of Abertay which is well-known for its computing and creative technology courses, including computer games technology.
