About Ayrshire North

North Ayrshire encompasses an area on the West coast of Scotland as well as the islands of Arran, Great Cumbrae and Little Cumbrae. Many towns within the region are within a commutable distance of Glasgow and transport links are good. The towns of Ardrossan, Largs and Saltcoats each provide ferry services to nearby islands.
