How to post your 4 week basic listing

  2. Preview your advert as it will appear on the site and modify if necessary

  2. Once you're satisfied, pay online with Sage Pay using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit,
    Switch or Solo

  2. Receive emails from s1homes and Sage Pay confirming your payment

  2. Your property goes live on s1homes immediately. Then use the Share button image to further promote it. You can spread the word about your property on sites like Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. Just visit your advert page and click on the Share button to get started!

    Please note
    You have chosen the basic listing option at £90+VAT and so will be unable to change details, add photos or edit video once your ad has gone live. If you would like full account management privileges and a longer listing please choose the premier listing option.

Photographs (optional)

You can add up to eight photographs to your listing if you wish. To do this you will need a digital image in JPEG format already stored on your computer. Please note that large photos (200kb+) will take longer to upload and that portrait images will be cropped.


Add a schedule (optional)

You can add a property schedule here if you have one stored on your computer in PDF format. The pdf file should not be larger than 10Mb.


Add a video (optional)

Why not enhance your listing by adding a short video of your property. You can read our video guidelines to find out more.

The video file should not be larger then 50Mb. Large video files will take longer to upload.
