Tannochside has some lovely detached houses, predominantly brick-built in the 1990s, although there has been a bit of building work going on recently too. Much of the Viewpark area was built earlier than Tannochside, so quite a lot of houses are from the 1960s, with all the features you'd expect of the period.
Last but not least, there's also Calderbraes. With loads of bungalows and spacious homes along hillside avenues, it's a great place for anyone to start their search for new space. All of these places are ideally located for access to the motorway and beyond.
