It's when an estate agent visits your home to give you a valuation of what your property is worth. They'll talk to you about your home, take a look around and then give you a guide price.

It's a free service and you're not tied in to anything with the agent.

Do I need to be selling my home to get a valuation?

Do I need to do anything before the agent comes to visit?

What happens after the valuation?

How will the agent come up with a guide price?

Here are just a few of the key questions our agents will consider when giving you a guide price:

A property valuation will give you a guide price for your home and will be conducted by an estate agent for FREE.

Can I get a valuation from more than one agent?

Yes, you can get as many valuations as you like. This won't affect your credit rating and you don't need to do anything with the valuation or agent afterwards.
