In Argyll & Bute the Reality Gap has almost disappeared in this quarter, from £11,000 in Q3 to less than £500. This was driven by the growth of the average selling price by 2% to £170,378 while the sellers were more realistic with the average asking price, decreasing by £6,000 to £170,866.
