Change in average asking prices -Region

The average asking price increased across 9 of the 13 regions this quarter, with East Lothian seeing the largest increase of 7.3% to £236,147. The biggest drop was in Argyll & Bute where the average asking price fell by 3.6% to £170,866. East Renfrewshire, followed by Edinburgh, continues to see the highest average asking prices.
