Scotland’s biggest property website, s1homes, is celebrating a momentously successful May and start to 2013.
In May, visits to s1homes increased by 49.7% when compared to May 2012. Unique visitor figures also increased, the year on year comparison reflected an increase of 35.4% for the month.
The success experienced by s1homes during the month of May is in line with a trend developing for 2013. When comparing the first five months of the year to the equivalent time period in 2012 it shows that site visits are up by 52.4% and unique visitor figures increased by 44.2%.
It was good news for s1homes clients too. Estate agent enquires during May were up by 40%. It was also a record breaking month for the s1homes mobile site which attracted its highest visitor figure to date.
